HOW VERIFICATION WORKS
Checked, not just claimed
Anyone can type "Q-SYS Level 2" into a CV. On Jackfield AV, a Verified badge means we've checked the certificate with the body that issued it, and we keep checking until it expires.
Four steps to a Verified badge
-
You upload proof
Add each certificate with its PDF, certificate number or digital badge link.
-
We check the source
We confirm it with the issuing body, through its public register or digital badge where one exists, or by contacting it directly.
-
Your badge goes live
We aim for two working days once we launch. Employers see the badge and the expiry date.
-
We keep it current
We remind you before a certificate expires and remove the badge if it lapses.
What each badge means
| BADGE | WHAT WE CHECKED | HOW |

SECURITY CLEARANCE
We never hold clearance documents
You tell us the level you hold and choose who can see it. Employers who need it confirm it through their own security officer and the sponsoring department, which is how UK vetting is designed to work.
