ABOUT JACKFIELD AV
Every connection in AV, in one place
In every broadcast rack, the jackfield is where every line meets, so any input can reach any output. We do the same for the AV industry: people, work, training and the next generation, all connected.
Why we started
Jackfield AV was founded by an AV engineer and project lead with 15 years in enterprise AV, much of it on trading floors and government sites, working through integrators. Finding the right engineer, whether for next Tuesday or a permanent role, meant WhatsApp groups, favours and agency fees. Proving your own skills meant a PDF certificate nobody checked.
Meanwhile the industry keeps growing and struggles to find people, and almost nobody leaving school knows AV is a career. So we built one place that fixes both ends: verified talent and AV jobs today, and a pipeline of new people for tomorrow.
